Whether you are seeding using a combine, air drill, air seeder or disc machine, accurate liquid fertiliser placement is essential for any good crop.

Drill Kits

Whether you are seeding using a Combine, Air Drill, Air Seeder or Disc Machine, accurate liquid fertilizer placement is essential for any good crop. Greenline offers the best metering and delivery system you can purchase.

Available in kits from two to over one hundred runs, our manifold systems mount conveniently on the front or back of most seeders. The kits are easily adapted to any row spacing and a wide range of flow rates are available. Furthermore our kits are mount-ready as they include hose, valves, strainers, supports, cable ties and hose clamps.

All kits come with either custom pre-bent tube holders (for selected brands), 300mm of stainless steel tube for mounting to the back of the seed hose or deep banding attached to the tyne.

Basic Drill and Planter Kits

Greenline offers both standard and high volume kits so root zone, starter fertilizer or side dressing application is now made easy. Kits also come complete with three sets of orifices. The manifold system is manufactured from chemical resistant polypropylene and evenly distributes the flow of fertilizer while maintaining even pressure to each feeder line. Whether you have one section or 5 sections the manifold’s mount easily to the frame of the machine. Standard kits range from 12L/ha to 120L/ha with high volume kits from 80L/ha to 200L/ha+. The metering orifices feature a “swirl” pattern to eliminate clogging and plugging.

Broadcast Kits

Customised brackets mount the nozzle body to the front of your equipment to broadcast liquid fertiliser or chemicals. Flood tips or flat fan spray tips are used for the uniform application of material and are generally used for the application of nitrogen after harvest for quick break down of stubble.

Variable Rate Kits

Our deluxe manifold kits feature stainless steel construction with full variable rate metering nozzles. This eliminates the need for orifices in the system so you don’t have to change rates, you simply adjust the manifold pressure with the in-cab controller. It comes with unique self-cleaning nozzles and application rates range from 10 to 120L/ha depending on row spacing and speed. High rate nozzles are available for higher rate requirements.

Electric Pumps

12 volt electric diaphragm pumps are popular due to their affordability and serviceability. They are also easy to control from inside the tractor cab and they range in flows from 4 – 30LPM.

Ground Drive Piston Pumps

Using the seeder’s gear drive for operation these pumps can be mounted to run any shaft that rotates on the machine. This allows for accurate rates regardless of speed travelled.

Hydraulic Drive Pumps

An option reserved for large rates of application or on a system that requires recirculation back to the fertilizer tank for agitation of the product.

Controllers

Our 12 volt electric in-cabin controller allows for on the fly rate changes and also incorporates a digital pressure gauge to view manifold pressure which utilizes a pressure sensor mounted to the manifold.

The controller can also be easily wired to allow the pump to turn on and off with your electric clutch on your seeder. The on/off switch for the seeder will shut off the pump thus stopping the flow of fertilizer.
